Is there a free trial, and do I need to pay before I can start?

Payment comes first. When you register, you select a plan and complete payment before your consultation begins. Your plan is your all-in-one pass - it covers the AI-powered consultation, all document generation, and full access to your completed documents for the whole plan period. What you pay for is real work being done on your behalf, not access to a blank template.

What is the difference between the plans?

Every plan includes a full AI consultation, the complete document suite, and unlimited use for the full duration of your access period. The plans differ by access period only: Bronze (1 Week), Silver (3 Months), and Gold (6 Months). Will my documents be available after my plan period ends?

Your documents are fully accessible throughout your active plan period - that is guaranteed. After it ends, viewing and downloading require an active plan, so you would renew to get back in. What you do not lose is the work itself: our strong intent is to keep your consultation history and document set on file for as long as this platform exists. Come back in a year or in five, renew, and you pick up from the career story you already built instead of starting over on a blank page. We are transparent that a formal perpetual-storage guarantee is not something any software service can responsibly promise, but long-term retention is exactly our intent and design.

Are there any usage limits during my plan period?

No. Your plan gives you full, unlimited access to every platform feature for the entire duration of your access period - AI consultation sessions, document generation, revisions, and downloads. Run your consultation as many times as you like, generate and regenerate documents freely, and apply to as many positions as you want. The access period is the only limit; once it ends, viewing, downloading, and generating all require renewing your plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final once you have started your AI consultation. That is the point at which the service has been delivered, whether or not you go on to generate your documents. Our Terms of Service set this out in full.

If you have not yet started your consultation, you can still get a refund. Contact us and we will refund your purchase - no explanation needed.

Plans are a one-time purchase for a fixed access period. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel and you will never be billed again unless you choose to buy another plan.

If a technical problem stops you from receiving your documents, that is a different situation - contact us and we will sort it out.

How is my personal information protected?

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections, passwords are hashed using a modern, industry-standard algorithm, and sensitive stored values are encrypted at rest. AI processing runs on our own private infrastructure rather than a third-party AI service, so your career information stays within our systems. We limit internal access to personal data. Is my data used to train AI models?

No. The AI that reads your answers and writes your documents runs on our own private infrastructure - your career information is not sent to an outside AI company at all. Because the processing happens in-house, your data is not available to any third-party AI company to train, fine-tune, or improve its models. Your information remains yours.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. You can request deletion of your account and your personal data at any time by contacting us through our contact page. We acknowledge requests within 1 to 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We remove your consultation content, generated documents, uploaded files, and profile details. We retain billing and transaction records, and a limited security log of account activity, because we are required to keep them - these contain no consultation content. How accurate are the AI-generated documents?

Our documents are generated directly from the information you provide during your consultation, so the content accurately reflects your experience and qualifications. The AI structures, formats, and enhances your responses into professional language - it works from what you tell it rather than inventing credentials. We recommend reviewing your documents after generation to ensure everything meets your expectations.

Are the documents ATS-friendly?
