1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Consultation Responses: Information you provide during the AI consultation process, including education, work history, skills, and achievements.
• Uploaded Documents: Files you choose to upload, such as an existing resume or CV, together with the text we extract from them so the consultation can reference your history. We store both the original file and the extracted text.
• Payment Information: Payment details processed securely through Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers).
• Technical Information: When you visit the site we record your IP address, browser user agent, the page you arrived on, and a session identifier. We use this to understand overall site traffic and to protect the service against abuse.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Generate your document suite (resume, CV, cover letter, professional profile, and job-platform profiles)
• Process your payments
• Send you technical notices and support messages
• Respond to your comments and questions

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With third-party vendors who assist in providing our services (for example, Stripe for payment processing). AI processing is not among them - see Section 4 below.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.
• Business Transfers: In connection with any merger or acquisition.

4. AI Processing

Your consultation responses are processed by a large language model that runs on our own private infrastructure. Your career information is not sent to an outside AI company.

This is a deliberate design decision. Most AI-assisted resume services send your career history to a commercial AI provider to be processed on that company's servers. We do not. The model that reads your answers and writes your documents runs on hardware we control, and your information stays within our systems.

Because the processing happens in-house, your data is not available to any third-party AI company to train, fine-tune, or improve its models.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS)
• Secure password hashing
• Regular security assessments
• Limited employee access to personal data

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Opt out of marketing communications

What deletion removes. We delete your consultation content, generated documents, uploaded files, career and contact details, and account profile.

What we retain, and why. We keep billing and transaction records, and a limited log of account and security activity, for as long as we are required to by tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. These records identify the transaction but contain no consultation content or document text. Retaining them is permitted even where you have asked us to delete your data, because we have a legal obligation to keep them.

7. Cookies

We use two cookies:

• A session cookie, which keeps you signed in while you use the service.
• An optional remembered-email cookie, which fills in your email address on the sign-in form if you ask us to remember it.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking pixels. We do not track you across other websites.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Clearing them will sign you out and forget your remembered email address.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
